The link provided on her blog is exactly the same name of the google support page and link was the exact URL of the page.  It provides step to step guide of how to customize your domain. It shows pictures of the settings where you can locate custom domain or buy a domain. It shows the picture of prices to buy a domain.  It also shows how to update your domain. And the blog has appropriate labels which include what the page content is about.
